i remember as a kid we watched an old Ben Lee turkey hunting video. As a kid i latched onto every word. I remember them saying a train, car horn, owl, crow, geese, or even slamming if a car door could make a turkey shock gobble. I wasn't allowed to call yet when i hunted with dad. We got out of the truck one morning and I decided i was going to help ole dad out on our hunt. I rared back with two hands and slammed the door on that brand new 86' Ford 150 ext cab as hard as I could! The woods went quiet and I think last week was the first time the birds chirped in that area since the spring of 87. Dad about wrung my neck. That tactic didnt work but I tried :)
